Terms of service

We are committed to delivering excellence, which is why we adhere to a schedule that emphasizes efficiency, quality, and collaboration. We recommend booking your project in advance to ensure it receives the focused attention it requires for thorough planning, execution, and refinement. Our teamworks Monday through Fridays, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Deposits and Final Payments A 50% deposit is required to commence your project, with an invoice emailed to you. Payment is due within seven days of invoice receipt. By paying the deposit, you agree to our Terms of Service and enter into a contract with Coscientia ltd. Full payment is required before the release of final materials or making your website live. We offer payment plans upon agreement.

Standard delivery time for projects is 6-8 weeks, subject to adjustments based on project complexity. Delays caused by the client may result in full invoicing or project suspension after three months of inactivity. We encourage open communication for any timeline adjustments to maintain project integrity and satisfaction.

Up to two rounds of revisions are included to refine your project. Additional requests beyond the initial scope will be billed hourly.

This agreement prohibits the use, modification, or replication of any ideas, sketches, or concepts presented by the Studio, which remain our property.

Ownership of all materials transfers to the client upon final payment. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise discussed.

Cancellation by the client after work has commenced will not result in a refund. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate projects due to client interference or failure to proceed after presentations.

We request permission to share and showcase the project on social media, our website, and award submissions, with appropriate credits given. Please ensure you understand these terms, as they are designed to ensure a smooth collaboration and the successful completion of your project.
